How to Style: New York & Company Top

How cute is this pink top from New York & Company?! I got it last year so it is currently sold out. I found similar ones here, here, and here. In additon to the stunning color, I love the fact that is has a belt attached that can be worn in any direction, and the material is a type of crystal organza that gives a shimmer under certain lights.
